Questions, answered.
How does pricing work?
You pay by how much of our 12×7 trailer your stuff fills. The prices are posted: one item is $59, a full trailer is $549, and the sizes in between are listed above. Text us a photo and we'll text back which price you are.
Is the price you text me the final price?
The price we text comes from the posted list. The only things added on top are the per-item add-ons (mattress, tires, appliances with refrigerant (fridge, freezer, ac)), latex paint, and heavy materials like concrete and dirt, which are quoted separately. All of it is on the pricing page.
What don't you take?
Propane tanks, Gasoline and other fuels, Solvents and chemicals, Oil-based paint, Asbestos, Ammunition, Medical waste. Latex paint is fine and priced per can (latex only — no oil-based paint). Not sure about something? Text us a photo and ask.
Can you come today?
Same-day pickup when available. Open 7 days a week, 7am–7pm. Text us a photo and we'll tell you the soonest we can be there.
